Cancellation Policy

This event is for children aged 4 to 11 years old only. Booking and full payment are required in advance to secure a place. Spaces are limited and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance. Children must be dropped off and collected by a parent or guardian. Parents are not permitted to stay during the session. Please ensure children arrive in appropriate costumes they can move comfortably in for dancing and creative activities. Children should bring a water bottle and must not bring any snacks containing nuts. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of personal items brought to the event. By booking, you agree that photos or videos may be taken for internal use and promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing before the event. The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation if a child’s behaviour compromises safety.
