Cancellation Policy
After-School Club Terms & Conditions 1. Bookings & Payments All bookings must be made in advance and are secured upon payment. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Fees are payable per term or half-term (as stated in the booking information). No refunds will be issued for missed sessions unless cancelled by the provider. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Refunds are only given if a club is cancelled by us. We do not offer refunds for illness, holidays, or other absences. If a child leaves the club mid-term, the remaining sessions are non-refundable. 3. Arrival & Collection Children must be collected promptly at the end of the session. Late collection may incur a charge if it becomes recurring. Only authorised adults (as listed in the registration form) may collect children. 4. Behaviour & Safeguarding We expect respectful and safe behaviour at all times. If a child’s behaviour causes concern, we will speak with parents and may suspend attendance if needed. All staff are DBS checked and follow school safeguarding procedures. 5. Health & Medical Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs on the registration form. In the event of an emergency, first aid will be administered and parents contacted immediately. 6. Photography & Media We may take photos/videos during sessions for promotional purposes. Consent is requested during registration — please inform us if you do not wish your child to be included. 7. Data Protection All information is handled in line with GDPR and kept secure. Contact details will only be used for club communication and emergency purposes.
